Shipping Policy

Welcome to the Shipping Policy page of JBS. We always deliver premium quality products. JBS always strives to charge a minimal cost for shipping and managing for the customers. To make it happen, we use advanced software so you could get a real-time quote for shipping.

We have the right to change the merchandise and handling costs any time we need to do so. This tends to happen especially when the final shipping costs considerably differ from the initial quote. If there are any problems before dispatching, we will always notify you.

We assure a doorstep delivery for all the ordered products within the scheduled shipping time. But sometimes, there might be delays in the case the ordered products are not in our stock. We will always notify you if there is any delay happening. Note that orders over a certain weight cannot be sent to a PO Box.

Delivery

We request you to offer the right delivery address while placing orders. If the address itself is wrong, we won’t re-send the order to the right address at our expense. Also, note that if an ordered item gets lost in transit, we won’t despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our convenience. The recipient should sign for the delivery where possible.

Estimated Shipping Charges:

If you find any shipping fee shown on the product page, remember that is only an estimate. The final shipping fees will be demonstrated at the time of checkout procedure as per the shipping method, product type, weight and location selected by our customers.

Order Tracking:

All orders will come with a tracking number through email. We request all our customers to get the tracking number on the day the order gets dispatched.

Don’t forget to mention the courier company website and the tracking details since this will help you get an estimate about the delivery time frame. We will dispatch the orders directly from our storerooms.

Immediately inspect the orders delivered from JBS. Let us know that you are completely satisfied with the delivered products. Make sure that the products are of the right quality, and match the provided description.
